Kelsey Araghi

Kelsey is a results-driven production professional. With a background spanning stage management, lighting design, and technical production, she brings both artistic vision and operational discipline to every project, from immersive installations to concerts.

Currently working as Production Manager of the Sun Valley Music Festival, she oversees multi-week performance runs, manages a 6-figure budget, and produces detailed technical documentation that keeps complex productions running smoothly.

Since 2018, Kelsey has also worked as a freelance Production Stage Manager and Lighting Designer, collaborating with artists, directors, and technicians to bring powerful live experiences to life. Known to be calm under pressure, and to have sharp organizational instincts and clear communication, she thrives in environments where precision is just as vital as imagination.

A graduate of UCLA with a BA in Theater and a minor in Digital Humanities, she combines technical fluency with a deep respect for the creative process.
